The heat of the earth
With love and passion in Al di là del Fiume – Earth , within the historic park of Monte Sole, we dedicate ourselves to cultivating and producing food for life and to preserve the soil for generations to come, respecting ourselves, others and nature. At our farm we offer healthy food, the result of responsible agriculture and an economy based on brotherhood with the aim of freeing ourselves from industrial food, rediscovering flavors and regaining health.
In the farmhouse there is a restaurant, a large multipurpose room equipped with a video projector that can host conferences, courses or groups for cultural activities or activities related to improving the quality of life and an outdoor terrace. In the basement, on the other hand, there is the wine-making cellar with a tasting room.
In the construction of the property we let ourselves be guided by green building, a philosophy at the service of “living well”. More than saving, green building is concerned with harmony with the environment and nature.
We have chosen natural raw materials such as clay, lime, hemp, straw and raw earth because they have a soul and allow the house to breathe.
The infinity of Heaven
Between the green of Appennino ’ s mountain and the blue of the sky, there is Al di là del Fiume – Sky, a beautiful farmhouse from the 1800s overlooking the valley of the River Reno and surrounded by a large outdoor park. Beyond the River – Cielo is creative rural hospitality for groups, we give home to people who want to “walk” with us and who believe in the importance of conscious choices, in the value of the community and have the desire and need to cultivate also one’s own deepest interiority and one’s own spirituality.
The structure offers 17 beds in single or double rooms, two large rooms with respective services, the kitchen where only the company’s products are used to ensure a controlled supply chain based on freshness and seasonality linked to the heart of biodynamic agriculture. It is also possible to book the rooms for birthdays, performances, private parties or festivals.
We propose ourselves as a meeting and exchange center for all dreamers and lonely travelers who want to share, create, propose.
We are intertwining of dreams, passion, creativity and we promote color games with art, storytellers’ tales, music and moments dedicated to spirituality, to silent listening to one’s own vibrations and soul to find a balance, to find oneself and re-embrace the ‘teaches of regeneration, spirituality, peace and beauty.
